A.VOCABULARY: From Unit 7 to Unit 11 B. GRAMMAR AND STRUCTURES Unit 7: Adverb clauses of time (Mệnh đề trạng ngữ chỉ thời gian) Dùng để nói khi nào hành động xảy ra Liên từ: when, while, before, after, as soon as, until/till Cấu trúc:

• S + V + when/after/before... + S + V • When/After... + S + V, S + V Lưu ý: Mệnh đề thời gian dùng hiện tại đơn khi nói về tương lai Ví dụ: I will call you when I arrive. After she finished, she went home. Unit 8: Present simple for future (Hiện tại đơn dùng cho tương lai) Dùng cho lịch trình, thời gian biểu Cấu trúc: S + V(s/es) Ví dụ: The train leaves at 6 p.m. School starts next Monday. Unit 9: Past Continuous (Quá khứ tiếp diễn) Dùng để:

• Hành động đang xảy ra tại một thời điểm trong quá khứ • Hai hành động xảy ra cùng lúc • Một hành động đang xảy ra thì bị hành động khác chen vào Cấu trúc: S + was/were + V-ing Ví dụ: I was studying at 8 p.m. They were playing when it rained. Unit 10: Prepositions + Possessive forms 1. Prepositions of place

• at: tại một điểm → at school • in: trong → in the room • on: trên → on the table • in front of: phía trước • opposite: đối diện • under: bên dưới 2. Prepositions of time
