On the bright side, electronic devices are good tools for teenagers. Firstly, teenagers can use them for
educational purposes. For example, many educational smartphone apps can help teenagers improve their
English skills. Secondly, electronic devices offer many ways to relax. After a long day at school, teenagers
can sit down and enjoy their favourite films or listen to music on their phones.
However, lack of physical activities, the weakening of eyesight and sleep disorders are often the negative sides
of spending too much time on electronic devices. Instead of playing outdoors or sports, many teenagers sit in
