Năm học 2015 – 2016 1/ The present simple tense (Thì hiện tại đơn)

1.simple present tense of “ To Be” To Be: Is/are/am

a.Affimative form:

I : am

You/We/They: are He/she/it :is Ex : I am Ba He is Nam

b. Negative:(Thể phủ định)

Note : Is not = isn’t Are not = aren’t c. Interrogative:(Thể nghi vấn)

Ex: He is a student . He isn’t a student . Is he a student?  Yes, he is /No, he isn’t. 2 Cách chào hỏi : a. Cách chào hỏi thân tình: Hi/ Hello Ex: Hi, Lan Hello ,Ba b. Cách chào trang trọng: Good morning Good afternoon Good evening c. Hỏi thăm sức khỏe: - How are you?  I’m fine. Thank you. And you?

Or: I’m fine. Thanks. And you? 3. Ñeå giôùi thieäu teân mình I am……………………….. My name is………………………. Note: I’m = I am My name’s = my name is 3./ Possessive Adjectives: (Tính từ sở hữu)

Pronouns Possessive adjs I my You your He his She her It its We our You your They their Note: TTSH đứng trước danh từ để bổ nghĩa cho danh từ đó. Ex: This is my bike. Ex: Ba does his homework every day. 4./ Prepositions of position: (Giới từ chỉ vị trí)

1. Hỏi sức khỏe:

Ex: How are you? I’m fine. Thanks. 2. Hỏi tuổi:

 No, + S + be + not.

S + be(is/am/are ) + not+ .....

Be(Is/Are /Am ) +S + ..... ?

How + be + S ?  S + be + fine / well. Thanks / Thank you

How old + be + S ?  S + be + số tuổi + (years old).

 Yes, + S + be.

Ex: Where does he work?  He works in a hospital. 6. Hỏi ai đó sống ở đâu:

Ex: Where do you live?  I live on Tran Phu Street. 7. Hỏi số lượng:

Ex: How many students are there in your class? There are forty – one. a. Affirmative form: There is + a/an + sing- noun ( có một…………) There are + plural noun ( có nhiều………..) Ex: There is a book on the desk. There are forty students in my class. b.Negative There is not + a/an + sing- noun ( không có một…………) There are not + plural noun (không có nhiều………..) Ex: There is not a book on the desk. There are not forty students in my class. c. Yes/ No question: Be + there + …………? Ex: Is there a book on the desk? Are there forty students in your class ? 8.Plural form of noun(dạng số nhiều của danh từ) a. Qui tắc chung:
